Beyonce Gives Birth to Daughter Blue Ivy Carter

Amidst pregnancy scam rumors and suspicious reports of a baby born last week, Beyonce Knowles and her husband Jay-Z have announced the actual birth of their daughter Blue Ivy Carter.
